A recent article making the rounds on social media comes from the February 2019 issue of Armeysky Sbornik (Army Digest), published by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The article in question was titled, “Super-Soldier for the Future Wars,” and was penned by Colonel Nikolai Poroskov, a reservist field officer. It stated that their military is training some special forces to use psychic combat in order to “defeat the enemy with non-contact methods.”
Poroskov’s claims are nothing short of sensational – at least, to those unschooled in paranormal research. The Russian officer said he and other Russian soldiers learned “meta contact technology” from dolphins – which are naturally psychic.
Although this may sound outlandish to many readers, there is ongoing research into several special abilities dolphins have.
Apparently, they can heal themselves (as well as humans) with sound and they communicate with a high degree of “out of this world” sophistication… they may be smarter than humans.
“I know it sounds crazy, but it’s true,” said Hsu Sen-sung, renowned Chinese marine biologist. “We’ve always known that dolphins were extremely intelligent, but now, for the first time, we know why. These magnificent creatures are highly-evolved life forms that came to Earth from a distant planet.”
A dolphin can recognize itself in a mirror. This may not seem like a big deal, but humans and great apes are the only other animals on earth capable of self-awareness.
Dr. Louis Herman, working with dolphins in Hawaii, reported they could recognize about 300 hand signs in about 2000 different combinations. Dr. Wayne Batteau taught dolphins to recognize about 40 spoken Hawaiian words.
Col. Poroskov said that a soldier trained in meta contact “can provide interrogation information from the minds of captured enemy soldiers, upset enemy supply lines, destroy crystals in generators, eavesdrop on conversations, jam radio communications, and more.”
Being a psychic soldier has distinct advantages, according to the Russian military article:
“Fighters can see right through the enemy soldier: what kind of person they are, what their weak and strong sides are and whether they can be recruited [as a spy].”
According to the article, the reliability of the interrogation is almost one hundred percent. Prisoners are unable to get the interrogator’s mind out of their own.
Furthermore, these psychic soldiers are being trained to resist their own interrogation techniques:
“Technologies of counteraction to such interrogation train special forces soldiers in case of being taken prisoner, the highest persons of the country or the leaders of large industrial and banking structures – in order to preserve state or commercial secrets.”
Not only that, the power of the mind can alter matter:
“By force of thought, it is possible to shut down computer programmes, burn crystals in generators, listen in on conversations, and disrupt radio and telecommunications.”
Remote viewing experiments had been conducted by the Russian military. In one example, documents written in a foreign language were locked inside a safe. Psychic trainees mastered scientific protocols to identify and read the secured texts. This demonstrably repeatable technique can also help identify terrorists.
Parapsychology is the study of paranormal and psychic phenomena, including what is commonly known as ESP (extra-sensory perception) – abilities such as clairvoyance and telepathy.
The article disclosed that the parapsychological warriors perfected their abilities during combat in Chechnya, where they applied their skill to a variety of uses, “from managing the amount of pain felt by a wounded soldier, to locating caches of enemy weapons.”
Immediately after its publication, Yevgeny Aleksandrov, chair of the Russian Academy of Science, refuted the Colonel’s information, saying that any claims that Russian soldiers have developed psychic abilities to wage war are “complete rubbish.”
“Such research did indeed exist and was developed in the past, but it was made secret. Now it’s being brought out into the light again, but such research is recognised as a false science,” declared Aleksandrov.
Despite these denials, the U.S. government has been researching military applications of natural psychic talents strengthened by methodical, controlled, scientific training.
Retired U.S. Army Major Ed Dames claims he and his team developed the remote viewing protocols for DARPA – the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. He and many others now teach remote viewing classes.
Russell Targ experimented with ESP for NASA (the U.S. space agency) while working at Stanford Research Institute (SRI). He has published many articles, books, and videos of these experiments and their findings, which definitely support the existence of psychic abilities.
The very idea that warriors could do battle with their minds rather than by using physical means would, of course, appeal to any military establishment in the world. Is it so far-fetched to think that Russia, the U.S., and other world governments are using every technique and tactic available to gain the higher strategic ground?
